This 5-ingredient strawberry cheesecake bowl is a creamy, tangy, naturally sweet, high-protein breakfast that tastes like dessert — but takes under 10 minutes to make. With whipped cottage cheese, lemon, maple syrup, strawberries, and graham cracker crumbles, it’s the easiest way to feel fancy with zero effort.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full fat or low fat
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • tablespoons pure maple syrup plus more to taste
  • ¾ cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1 sheet graham cracker crushed

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend for 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer the whipped cottage cheese to a bowl. Stir in the lemon juice and maple syrup until well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • Divide the whipped cottage cheese mixture between two serving bowls. Top with fresh strawberry slices and sprinkle the crushed graham cracker over the top.
  • Drizzle with an extra touch of maple syrup if you’d like and enjoy immediately!

Use a thick coconut yogurt or blended silken tofu in place of cottage cheese. Sub crushed granola or a gluten-free cookie crumble if needed.
Whipped cottage cheese can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 2–3 days — assemble fresh when ready to serve.
